The primary function of a holding tank is to store and discharge. The non-porous, glossy surface of our GFS panels has an exceptionally low coefficient of friction. This ensures that viscous industrial waste or municipal sludge does not adhere to the walls—minimizing "dead zones," preventing anaerobic buildup, and significantly reducing the energy required for mixing or cleaning.

 

Zero-Leakage Assurance via Molecular Bonding

At Center Enamel, our glass frit is fused to titanium-rich steel at 820°C–930°C. This creates a covalent bond that prevents the liquid ingress common in porous concrete tanks.
